TERMS OF RENTAL
1 - USE OF PREMISES
The tenant must make use of the premises in accordance with the destination sites. The lease agreement between the parties of this act shall in no way benefit to third parties other than those mentioned in the contract, unless written agreement of the company L'Eden d'Eole - Marineland.
The tenant, who signed this contract concluded for a fixed period, could in no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises after the rental period.

2 - NUMBER OF TENANTS
The number of tenants can not exceed that indicated on the contract without prior approval of the company L'Eden d'Eole - Marineland. The company reserves the right to refuse additional tenants or break the contract without compensation. In the case of an agreement, the rental price will be increased by an amount to be determined by management.

3 - ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed on our resort.

4 - AIR CONDITIONING
The price includes the operation of air conditioning. Doors and windows should preferably be closed when using air conditioners. The remotes should be moved or left within the reach of children. Failure to comply with these rules, any damage will be charged. (for information, the value of a remote control air conditioner is 100 €).

5 - SECURITY
At guest's arrival, a deposit is required by the provider.
LThe amount is defined in terms of rental accommodation, the bond provides coverage for any damage to equipment and any costs of restoration clean accommodation (floors, dishes etc..).
This deposit will be refunded upon confirmation of the inventory at the start of the tenant or by mail if it could not be done before the tenant leaves..

6 - STATE OF PLAY - INVENTORY
The tenant agrees to make accommodations to his departure in the state where he has found on his arrival. Failure to comply with this clause cleaning places will be responsible for and will be the loss of the bond mentioned in section 5.
An inventory will be conducted by a representative of the company at the beginning and end of the lease period.
All missing or damaged items will be the subject of a deduction from the deposit or billing if the bond amount was less than the cost of replacement or repair.
7 - PAYMENT
7-1 Booking
The reservation will be confirmed when the tenant will be sent to The company L'Eden d'Eole a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the lease by CB, Bank check payable to L'EDEN D'EOLE - MARINELAND and a signed contract before the date which is stated on it.

7-2 Balance
The balance of the rental will be settled (Check, or Payapal) when handed the keys to the accommodation.

8 - CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be notified by mail or letter and generates a retention rate of 50 € for fees.

8-1 Cancellation notified at least 30 days before taking possession of the rental :
The deposit is refunded to the tenant, net of fees above

8-2 Cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days before taking possession of the rental :
The deposit, less the fees mentioned above, generates a credit note used a similar provision in our resort. That during the 12 months following the date of booking. Beyond this period, will have more value and the deposit is retained by the company.

8-3 Cancellation notified between 14 and 7 days before taking possession of the rental :
The deposit is retained by our company.

8-4 Cancellation notified less than 7 days before taking possession of the rental :
The deposit is retained by the company, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the lease.

8-5 Interruption by the client :
In case of interruption of stay by the customer, there will be no refund. Once the tenant leaves the accommodation becomes available for the facility.

9 - INSURANCE
The company L'Eden d'Eole - Marineland attracts the attention of its customers, the opportunity to purchase an insurance contract covering the consequences of a cancellation due to certain causes, as well as insurance for their belongings. Indeed, personal belongings of tenants can be covered by homeowner's insurance.

10 - ACTION
Failing amicable agreement with the management of the institution, any claim must be addressed to the company L'Eden d'Eole - - Marineland by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than eight days after the end of the stay.
Any dispute regarding the description or inventory can be submitted to the management of the institution, beyond the third day of occupancy.
Failing agreement between the parties, exclusive allocation is made to the Tribunal de Commerce de Pointe-à-Pitre.
